I’m a happy camper. I have a new theme that I actually like [HECK no I did not code it, it’s totally by Beccary], and so it’s going to stay for quite some time.
No services for me last night because of lack of gas money, and so we had shabbat at home. Dad actually went freestyle on all of the family blessings and ending up crying halfway through. It was very peaceful and very different, being a planned home sabbath instead of a “we’re not going at the last moment” sabbath. We got out the good plates and had a nice dinner and then we had a torah study afterward.
Very, very nice.
OH! Camp Yeshua has been announced, so head over to the Lion & Lamb site and sign up! You must. I’ll be there, junior staff this year. Though I think we’re the sole kitchen cleaners again this year, hey, it’s camp and it’s worth it.
And on other notes, I have chapter four completed. I’ll see if I can upload it directly on here [the new wordpress rocks]. If not, you’ll see it soon enough, because I’m working on a Wordfolio subdomain that has just writing. It’s up but not up, if you know what I mean. > Seasons: Chapter Four
And my anonymous commenter who has not commented in a while: this is an official note that you do indeed hit “leave a comment” or “# comments” to leave a comment. Love you!

You know.. I was just trying to find people’s sites again. I have this totally awesome little “notepad” in my inbox that I have jam packed full of well choleric-like organized informational pieces! So I have a list of friends’ xanga site addresses. But for some reason I was trying to find the address of an aquaintance. Nevermind! the reason I was trying to tell you about this… is because I gave up and decided to come see my good friend Meli!:o) …I never remembered you to be such a lovely shade of just about perfect maroon! (I LOVE THIS COLOUR!!! Let me tell you!!)
I am glad that you guys had a good home Shabbat dinner! I was dancing and thinking about you at your congregation, and what you might be doing at that very moment. If you were dancing too. And what you were dancing to if you were. Or if you might be already sitting down listening to a teaching. Now, I find out that you were having a very nice time at home! Which is quite possibly even better than my imagination had wandered to!
It just is not quite the same to move on in life. You know, passing the old things on, making enough room for new things. I don’t like change. So the best way to deal with it has got to be to just embrace the change and think of every optimistic thing there is about it- and NOT reason with what was. But the problem I have found with this philosophy is quite deeply troubling. You can never quite realize how bad you miss and need some things from the past. So while I was thinking about what you were doing, I also thought about how many more people we have in our dance circle, and how we used to dance straight across from each other, and how serious you would look so much of the time! :o) (But now, the person directly across from me was so much farther because we have so many more dancers.) But I miss that too! It was like we were just this little group of dancers growing closer and closer in worship! And I think that since we have a larger circle..- it is nice! I love the change!- But there is still part of me that misses things of old!
Your anonymous commentor misses you Meli! I still have not finished replying to your letter. I will be here in a little while when I retreat to my nice, big room! :o)
We have so much to catch up on since we have been leaving a gap for so long! So I will try and write more to you!!! :o)
I think it would be great to read your book Seasons as well!!! I will try and see if I can do that! :o) … heehee… yeah, you’ve seen the knives at the keyboard! rofl!!
Your long lost friend without a name,
~caterpillar :o)
P.S. Does ANYONE know who I am?? Have you ever told anyone??? DOes anyone else reading this know??? *quizzically looks over the audience of readers…*….;o)
